Strobist info: Really interesting how we made this, we used an off-camera Vivitar 285HV (multiple flashes from left and right) and a powerful LED flashlight to light-paint the telescope on long exposure. Also, the D90’s autofocus worked dead on in the dead of night. I’m so impressed with that camera. This was taken with the D90 kit lens, looks fantastic.
