Moon Shots

The Moon imaged with an iPhone 5 HDR through a Skywatcher 10" Dobsonian telescope with a Meade series 4000 variable zoom eyepiece and an Orion polarising filter.

The white coloured crater visible in most of these pictures is named Tycho and has ‘rays’ or lines leading from it. The lines were caused by material ejected from the impact of the object that created the Tycho crater.
